strawberries and oranges might make you hungry since they're high in sugar. I like making a big green drink and just tossing in an apple to sweeten it up and some ginger for a kick.
This time around I'm sticking to melon juices for the morning.
I looove juicing beets and sweet potatoes, poor juicer.
When I make a fruit juice, I dilute it with coconut water or regular water so my Sugar doesn't spike.
