Instead of FAILED, try thinking of it as "didn't quite succeed, will do better next time!"

Think about why you're fasting and with that goal(s) firmly in mind, meditate on the health benefits that you will earn by achieving your goal. Psychologically (at least for the moment,) you're not facing a small hurdle but a huge jump and you must summon up every bit of energy available to get to the other side. If you pick yourself up after every unsuccessful attempt and keep trying, you are not failing!
