Arthritis-ways to help alkalize the body

In addtion to trying to eat a diet high in protein and that is around 80% alakaline, try these things

-Raw potato (the book dining in the raw has a tasty raw potato salad).

-Raw potato juice- drink in am on empty stomach (also helps diabetes). Cut into french fry cuts, and put in water overnight, Drink water, Discard potato. This can also help if one has undigested food in the stool.

-Also can juice raw potato  in the am 50-50 with water

-Lime is solvent of uric acid (which main cause of arthritis)

-Green juices with carrot celery and beet (10 oz carrot, and 3 oz each of the other veggies) This is specific to arthritis

-Also pineapple juice fresh

-Juice fast every 2 months

_Take bromelain (this is also in the pineapple juice)

-Take raw garlic

-Do a banana fast 3-4 days only bananes

-Eat more fermented foods

-Zinc needed

-Lemon to water helps alkalize body

-Take baths with 1 cup of sea salt


    This is used when the body is too acidic. This is a quick way of restoring the acid-alkaline balance. 1 cup to 2 quarts of 100% apple cider vinegar to a bathtub of warm water. Soak 40 to 45 minutes. This is excellent for excess uric acid in the body and especially for the joints, arthritis, bursitis, tendonitis, and gout.
