I have read MH mention this before about cabbage, but wow, just cabbage, day in, day out.

Doesn't cabbage give you gas too?

I also remember MH saying for athletes to gain muscle mass to take 1/2 cup olive oil and 1/2 cup of peanut butter everyday before noon. (or something like that, I could be way off here, if anyone knows, please correct this post)
