Heloo all

I am new here, I have just been reading the posts about anointing oils and 'topknot' - can anyone tell me what is topknot??? and what are the ingredients in this and the anointing oils?? I am intrigued - I have tried lucid dreaming with varying degrees of sucess - i originally started it so i could combat nightmares - the nightmares are gone now but i still would like to lucid dream more often. I recently completed my 21 day cleansing following Reiki 2 initiation during which time my dreams were very vivid but now I have gone back to normal again. I have trouble remembering my dreams too sometimes.
Any light cast on the subject would be very much appreciated.
