hi, i too had bo and bb many years. though i do frequent baths, flossing and brushing teeth, still not much help. after much research, i had bo under better control with some ways..
I took laxatives 12hr before work so that i empty all my bowels before i go work.
When i need to communicate with my clients, i will keep a distance and two mints sugarfree in my mouth.
Try not to drink coffee, milk. avoid eating bread, biscuits and heavy meals during the day. If u cannot control cravings, u can try drinking pure green tea or camomile tea.
I eat digestive enzyme pills and chlorophyllin pills for internal deodorant. Charcoal pills are good deodorant too but need to separate few fours from enzyme, chlorophyllin and laxatives pills. i felt diffculty to manage time so i stop taking charcoal pills.
Prepare some wet wipes with me, if i feel stress or anxiety, i excuse myself to wipe off my armpits of the sweat
For topical deodorant, i use tricidal disinfectant handrub on my armpits. its work for me better as none of the commercial deodorant works.
Our journey is not an easy one, but death is never never the answer.
