Thanks for the article. I have heard that drinking salt water is dangerous. This cleared up my confusion between Sea Salt in a glass of water and the water from the sea. I have read somewhere that Sea Salt is better than table salt if you want to avoid high blood pressure because of the magnesium it has. But then I don't know why they recommend it for people with low blood pressure. But it works.
