Personally I would stop eating solid foods and go on a liquid diet. Eat bone soup only. It sounds as though your gut health is severely compromised. You stated that you have rashes correct ? How many b/m's per day ? You're taking digestive enzymes correct ? If so, how many before each meal and do they contain a pancreatic enzyme ? Probiotics how many cultures and strains ? What kind of mineral/vitamin supplements are you taking ? EFA's ? Glutathione ? Have you done any Liver Flushes ?
