Hi Nymue, perhaps you could try to sweat it out, afterall skin is one of the major detoxification channels. Have you tried Epsom Salt baths? I find that I perspire copiously during and after the bath. It melts away the stress too and improve blood circulation.
If not, you could try a Far Infrared suana or do hot yoga. I personally do Bikram yoga at least once a week. Invigorating to sweat it out during class, although I pretty sure that I stink of bromine during classes since I've up my dosage of Iodine.
Also, you could try Burdock root tea, as it is a diuretic.
By the way, I take a lot more salt than you. The salt I am using is a live Sea Salt with 84 trace elements from France. Love it.
