Ah, good thinking Grizz. I was taking a higher than recommended amount of magnesium, but just found out yesterday (from listening to an Underground Wellness podcast on magnesium deficiency), that the kind I've been taking is not a highly absorbable form. I've just ordered one that is supposed to be better, so hopefully that will help some.
I have to be careful with my Vitamin C supplementation. If I take too much, I get horrible cold sore outbreaks!
I have been taking half of the recommended amounts of the B vitamins, due to my low Iodine intake.
