Thanks for the responses. I am familiar with Dr Wilson and my current nutrition (basically an anti-inflammatory, paleo type diet) is similar to his recommendations, but probably a few tweaks I could make.

Does anyone have any insight into my recent elevated kidney test results? This is the first time my kidney markers have been out. I am hoping it is just connected to my adrenals / thyroid and not a direct kidney problem.
