Re: Healing spinal discs. What's best for herbs?

If you don't already have a inversion table, I highly suggest that you invest in a quality unit and a Chi Machine. I had a herniated disc at L5 10/2010. My chiropractor and neurologist stated that it was the worst they have ever seen, not what you want to here from your chiropractor who has been in business for 30 years. They pushed me to have steroid shots for the pain, I didn't know pain until I had nerve pain, I absolutely refused to take ANY pharmaceuticals. They pushed hard for the surgery, that wasn't going to happen either.
The inversion table was invaluable, the pain would melt away while I was inverted as it released the pressure between the vertebra. The Chi Machine was too much at initially but after 2 weeks using my inversion table I was able to use the Chi Machine, which works excellent.
For me I found that I was deficient in many minerals and vitamins.
