Could you tell me please - what are the best herbs / foods / formulas to take in order to get the full range of vitamins & minerals without supplements - especially B12 & zinc. I dont eat meat, eat very few grains (especially not wheat), but too much fruit sometimes disagrees with me.
Could you also advise me about what the best thing would be to give my son (age 12)- he has problems with anger, outbursts he cant seem to control, and underlying anxiety, very low self esteem (lot of pain over his father who rejected and abandoned him), he also has behavioural problems at school. He's a lovely child, very affectionate and sensitive, really creative - but this seems to take him over and it causes real problems. I've tried a range of things from diet & supplements to counselling / psychotherapy, to no avail. What would you recommend?
