Re: Sodium, potassium, and adrenal fatigue

http://www.arltma.com/PersistentLowNaKNews.htm

When I first had my hair analysis done I was found to be in the exhaustion phase of adrenal fatigue. My sodioum was 2 and my potassium was 1. The ideal levels are sodium 25 and potassium 10. At the 7 month test of NB they were 6 and 3.

I was instructed to use Celtic or Himalayan salt with my meals. I have never consumed it with water.

I was told that when my adrenals become stronger the sodium and potassium levels will increase as well. It is important to find the cause of the AF so a solution can be found. I think for me it is a lingering problem with pathogenic gut flora. I have been using herbs and raw garlic for this and lately probiotics.

The NB is working as I am feeling so much better than I did 8 months ago.
