Nobody has pointed out your possible typo. Your laser pointer is indicating *particle* content, not 'ion' content. You have got plenty of particles going by that photo, and if there is no 'fallout' or settlement, then you've got a good product.
Clear or yellow, to put it simply, providing that solution remains totally transparent and there is no settlement in the bottom of your storage vessel, there's nothing wrong with it.
Yellow does NOT necessarily indicate overly large particles, there could be any number of reasons for your solution to go yellow over time, your suspended particles will be small enough to satisfy ANY criteria for silver solution efficacy. If your particles were overly large gravity would pull them out of solution. Removing your electrodes from the water at regular timed intervals to wipe them clean will improve the resultant solutions qualities. If that means you need to remove them to clean them every 15 minutes with your battery unit set up, then do so.
