Sorry, the Jarrow one its good, but I have read that they advise others as well, so its not the only one. The protocol varies a bit depending of the creator (Fredd, richvank etc) but the idea its raising glutathione (mine its low in tests as well) If you read the stories, works for some, doesnt for others and for some makes more problems. When I took for one week methylfolate, methylcobalamin, TMG and p5p I ended up having severe agitation and agressivity. I blame heavy metals of this.

It should. You just need extra zinc and p5p. And for anyone with pyroluria I advise the pyroluria group on facebook. I am member because im pretty sure of having pyroluria or at least MTHFR and because there is some good info there.
