Re: Egg Yolk Liver Flush Results

Yes, I have done this on and off for four years now. I haven't found many people who have tried this method. The drink according to Tseti (sp?) takes a lot of time to make and is horrible tasting to me. There's also the salmonella scare factor. So I can totally understand. In fact, the only way to keep with it myself is to make it more tasty. I have several different variations I use from day to day, sour to sweet. The only constant is the egg yolk.

I don't know if it produces stones. I have never had an enema and can no longer stand the Epsom Salt flushes. I can certainly feel it working in the liver area.

An interesting thing: for two weeks straight I drank 2 egg yolks mixed with honey and milk, sometimes with cinnamon on top. It was my breakfast and I didn't eat anything until dinner. For the most part it kept me pretty full. People noticed within days that I was looking and feeling better. I've never had so many compliments on my looks! And my hair and nails grew like crazy. I once went a month on a fast-till-dinner kick (fast-5) and it did not match the results I had with the egg drink just days in.

Anyway, I love it. I could have sworn someone here on cure zone posted a link about this flush, perhaps it was you! Here it is:
