This reminds me of a video I watched about a guy without a leg. A kid came up to him and said, "No offense, but you look freaky." The guy without the a leg devoted his video to stating if someone says no offense, you can expect them to say something that is offensive. Or they try to excuse their offensive comment by stating no offense, but that does not work.
