Skin Parasite

I've been battling parasites? Morgellons? Lyme? for more than 1-1/2 years. The disease has gone through many, many metamorphasis (and I'm definitely better than I was a year ago) but today I have a new symptom which I'm hoping someone can help me with.

I began taking Mebendazole yesterday. No side effects but last night, after my usual hot shower, I noticed several large purple round lesions under my skin. I've had red streaks and white "tunnels" in the past, but those markings always disappear after a few minutes. These new purple lesions haven't faded at all. In fact, after this evening's shower, I noticed several more on my back. They're about the size of a quarter. They don't hurt unless hot water hits them, and then they burn like crazy!!!

I've had no itchy, crawling sensations for a couple of days so I'm hopeful maybe these hateful critters (whatever they are) are dying.
