flax oil must absolutely be cold pressed and stored in a dark container and refrigerated. don't touch the regular store bought products. barlean's is a good brand and they have european distribution.

mixing flax with the quark cheese stabilizes the omega 3 and keeps it from oxidizing too quickly during digestion.

your points are well taken but if the above criteria are met flax is very cost effective. dr. budwig didn't cure her cancer patients with rancid oils.

she also administered flax oil enemas to her patients who were in end stage cancer and revived quite a few of them.

i have tried everything out there including all the fish oils, and flax mixed with dairy sulfur is the best one. you cannot be sure that any of the fish oil products are raw unless you catch the fish yourself. and the oceans are becoming unfit for humans to eat from...
