No problem, hope it is useful. I believe I am at either the 18th or 19th week of this approach. That's a lot of pillow cases, washed clothes/ bed linen, and extreme personal hygiene measures under the bridge. I'll try to keep the reporting as evidenced-based and objective as I can.
