This will get shot down, but have you gone on a grain free 80 10 10 plan?...have you included potatoes, plantains, yucca as your carbs instead of grains? I would reccomend basing a diet off of these foods and veggies. Keeping protein servings out for a few days and just eating roasted potatoes and cooked lima beans etc...things that are super soft for leaky gut. If you have an enflamed gut contributing to your symptoms..the excess of red meat and the inclusion of grains could be irritating you. Õt's affecting your job....I think you should eat these supersoft foods that cured me and several other users with an 80 10 10 and okinawa plan.
