In this post, you connected soy to hypothyroidism. Do you have any more information, or more experiences? See, I run cold and my fingers/toes are always cold. I don't know if I could use a bump in thyroid function or if it's just b/c my blood pressure has always been on the low side - or both! I suspect circulation could be better.

Anyway, I've taken to using soymilk over milk because dairy contriutes to inflamation in my shoulder. Alas, am I trading one problem for another? I've never been convinced that soy is actually a health food, however I was hoping it was better then milk. Any info would be much appreciated.
