Your morning cortisol is high. This is a good sign if the sample was taken around one hour after waking up. This means your body still has energy. Morning cortisol spike should be high like yours. If you can obtain cortisol curve, this would be more informative.

TSH is somewhat high. Optimally it should be between 1.3 - 1.8 and your FT3 is low. This makes you subclinical hypothyroid.
