Re: jewelry sensitivity

"i have been wearing a small silver ring since i was seven years old and didn't even think i could get it off without cutting it off. about ten days ago it became unbearable to tolerate on my finger, whereas I never felt it was there before, during all those years. i worked it off and now i can't bear the thought of putting it on again. this was the only jewelry i really ever wear, even my wedding ring I don't wear too often because it irritates me.
also, about the middle of last week, the glasses i wear at work became unbearable to tolerate on my face"

Those are classic signs of a growing metal sensitivity. Look into getting the metal out of your mouth and doing a metal detox. It gets worse the longer you expose yourself to it. And definitely do it before you get pregnant!
