For the past 2 weeks I have absolutely normal bms for the first time in a year. I had read that people with mercury toxicity need high protein high salt and high mineral but I do believe animal protein is way too hard on the body especially if you already have digestive issues. So I started back with the Acv twice a day and got some dead worms. I then added plant enzymes. Then I decided to make my own saurkraut which is very easy to do and is working very well. I am making bone broth with cow feet from the supermarket and have added 3 to 5 tablespoons of bee pollen for protein and nutrient gaps. I have added boca burgers and tofu pups for extra plant protein. I am trying to go for an hour hike each day to keep everything moving. Also a cup of himalayan salt water as soon as I wake up. And artichokes and green tea throughout the day.
I am so happy because for a year my bms have been gray and fell apart. Now they are brown and good sized which means no more intestinal inflammation. Just thought I would share. I still have a long road ahead but at least I am digesting my food again. In addition i have not had any brain fog. Hope it helps someone else.
