Re: Any thoughts on recent blood work changes...good, bad, neither?

May I ask why you are agonizing over these numbers? Are you attempting to address a sickness?

IMO, if you are optimal in iodine, Vitamin D3 and are eating a quality Paleo diet, and no smoking, no drinking and plenty of sex & exercise then all of those numbers will simply take care of themselves.

The human creature is capable of surviving extreme abuse for long periods of time. I have an old friend who has been severely abusing his body for his entire life. Drinks beer & vodka like a fish, smokes 2 or more packs a day, eats a terrible diet, and yet here he is still abusing himself at 70 yrs old. He has a terrible smokers cough, liver damage, lost his teeth, overweight, his face is wrinkled like a prune. Yet here he is surviving in his severely degraded condition. He just cannot change his unhealthy ways, and I'm sure a blood test on him would show some bad numbers, yet he survives.
