When you are week, NB would not probaly work for you. Dr.Lam warns about doing cleansing, Amalgam replacing and such. All these are additional stess on already weak system. You need to get stronger. When the body is exhausted vitamins in the food are not enough. Somebody mentioned charging car battery with a 9V one.
For me Lam protocol did great. I never had crash or some other type of backfire. For some people the protocol was not that good.
Later, when my recovery curve went into saturation, I started new research and found works of Ray Peat. I have added to my menu what Dr peat suggests:
-dairy (ice cream, milk, curd, cheese_)
-fructose (honey, added Sugar to tea)
-vitamin A 15 000 IU
-fresh carrots with coconut oil
-use coconut oil for cooking.
It worked really well.
High level of serotonin and low level of dopamine would also cause brain fog. (dopamine and serotonine are antagonists). Mine serum serotonin was two times higher than upper normal limit. This explains why i have low testosterone. High level of serotonin causes upset stomach or IBS.
I am looking for an effective way (no prescription drugs) to reduce serotonine and raise dopamine.
