Dr. Graham: poor sleep = not eating enough food

Dr. Doug Graham (80-10-10):

"If you're dramatically under-eating, you can't expect to have a whole lot of energy. You're not going to hold your weight. You may not sleep well, because typically poor sleep is associated with not eating enough food. Your body just says 'Go look for food!' and it's more important than [sleeping]."

How Many Calories Do We Need Per Day ?

Dr. Doug Graham: "About a million calories a year (2,740 a day)." "We recommend womyn eat at least 2500 calories...daily and men get at least 3000 calories and more if one wants to live an active, passionate lifestyle."

How many carbs per day:

"It's 5g of carbs per lb of bodyweight per day. Or 10g of carbs per kg of bodyweight per day."
