Re: Best Enzymes to improve digestion

Marie,
Thank you for feedback - it seems GB 3 is the enzymes supplement of choice for those with NB :).
I was neither aware of the enzymes before my ilness but more and more i'm trying to learn.

i found until now like 3 main categories:
- for digestion improvement(protease...),
- for reducing inflamation in the body (those taken alone before meals or late at night - also proteolitic ones)
- for biofilm distruction (like nattokinase...)taken 20-30 minutes before taking an antimicrobial or antiparasitc or... the last two seems to be most expensive.

i did not find natural ones that worked for the last purpose. it seems cronic infections do tend to form biofilms and systemic inflammation for which the digestive enzymes can help but not so strong. i'm still digging...

I'm now taking something similar with GB3 and have some issue with the gallblader - maybe too much bile in them.
I should consider coffee enema but still afraid to...

thanks again,
dave
