Many thanks for your feedback. NOW would be my next "trial" enzymes. I can order them online but it takes like 8-9 days to reach here :) I've also heard about Kirkman Labs which have very good enzymes but quite expensive.

I also took something similar to GB3 but 3 per day is too much for me especially too much bile "in the system".

My main concern are also the ingridients besides enzymes - it very hard to find a "kosher" one containing no rice flour, maltodextrine, lactose...you know. Cause I have also SIBO and candida and they are not quite recommended for that. Still searching...
