I've posted about my diet before so you can read through my old posts to see what I eat.
Unlike many on here, I've actually managed to gain weight on the diet. The trick is to eat a lot of food with fat in it. Foods like avocado, and yogurt. You also want to allow some choline in your diet. It is impossible to cut out everything.
For example I routinely eat tortillas with butter throughout the day. Not only is it filling, but the butter helps me to maintain my weight.
You have to have a balance. Potatoes are another item I allow myself. Yes they have a small amount of choline, but it's low compared to other foods, and it has a good amount of nutrition and callories.
