So I've just received my results (the sending has lasted 2 days) and althought they didn't mention any malignance, there is a moderate chronic inflammation at the level of duodenal region.

Given that it's the most important exchange surface it's not alarming but it remains interesting to notice this. That being said, there is no villous atrophy.
