Glad you responded! I need to reverse myself here...I don't know what the problem was the first time I tried, but the light came on the Silver Pulser but it wasn't working. We messed around with it for about ten minutes before giving up. I was about to pack it up for return but decided to try one more time, and it worked! Don't know what the problem was but it appears to be working fine now. Tweet
