Not recovering from Flush

So I flushed a week ago and it was a success - tons of stones out including like five really big ones.

Saturday after the flush I tried to rebuild a little and Sunday I had dinner at my mom's and while I should have brought my veggie soup, I felt okay and ended up eating some corn pudding turkey and kale. I got SOOOO SICK -

My eyes turned bloodshot and dry and hurt, I got a sore throat. That night, I woke up gagging and gasping for air as my chest felt constricted. My sinuses swelled up.

Ugh.

This week I gave up meat and coffee. I started eating only quinoa, brown rice, veggies, some fruit, nuts, beans, and fish.

But a couple things are happening - for the past four nights, my body is tossing and turning in bed. I'm asleep, seemingly, but it's like my body won't settle. It's literally jumping around.
I feel so completely exhausted and burnt out. All week I felt overwhelmed by everything and like I just want to hide. SO I wonder if the epsom really was hard on my adrenals.

I'm nervous b/c I need to flush again, but I don't know if I can take this long of a recovery period.

I've been back on Iodine supplementing this week along with the mineral and vitamin cofactors and I take probiotics.

I got a massage yesterday and she told me the anger from my liver got released with the stones and now had no where to go. My back felt like shards of glass all week (where she said emotions get stored).

Any advice?
