Re: Not recovering from Flush

If this list of ingredients looks intimidating
to you, it should not deter you.

Looking for food allergens is easier than
it appears.

Many of the ingredients (lard, sugar, baking
soda, salt, iron, B1, B3, etc.) are unlikely to be
allergens, so (at least for now) I wouldn't test
all the ingredients.

However, you might want to test the following 4:

1. Wheat flour (not whole wheat),
2. Degerminated yellow corn meal (not whole corn),
3. Sodium acid pyrophosphate,
4. Monocalcium phosphate.

As http://aptarticle.com/health/how-10006-track-down-food-allergies-1.html
explains, the testing is fast and easy.
And you get instant results.

And, in the worst case, if you ever get any
unpleasant, undesirable reaction, there is no
need for you to suffer for up to 30 minutes.
All you need is strong solution of baking soda
in a glass of water. And, in my experience
it always stops the food sensitivity /allergic
reaction.
