please excuse my English. I have some personal experience which I'd like to share with you.
1. Liver Flush is very very hard for adrenals. I tried 2 Liver Flushes about 6 months ago. Although I didn't use Epsom Salt at all my AF went down rapidly. I released about 60 and 50 stones but my liver was very sensitive without ES. Also I had feeling that my GB and liver was more congested than before LF. I did one week preparation with apple juice and ACV but evidently it was not enough.
I generaly think it is not good idea to avoid ES in LF. Next time I will test my body reaction.
Day 1 I will take 1/2 teaspoon of ES in hot water and will see my reaction.
Day 2 I will increate dose to 1 teaspoon
Day 3Ö.I will continue with increasing of ES until I reach the recommended dose. So you can test your body reaction.
I was doing this small Liver-Flush last year and it helped me very much with diggestion. You will probably not release any stone but it helps a lot and it is a good test for your body reaction.
Any time I did this Liver Flush I received little bit heart palpitation and dizziness.
It was my adrenal reaction to this LF.
Unfortunatelly I was not listening to my body and I tried the big liver flush and it was very hard for my adrenals.
If your reaction to this small Liver-Flush will be bad I wouldn't try the big one.
4. Or you can try bitter herbs.
If you are strong enough for LF you will be for bitters as well.
It is enough just to taste the bitters. It will cause very small and gentle LF. Chinese bitters contain only 1 herb bupleurum which is perfect for liver detox (you can also obtain it from http://www.sensiblehealth.com).
My last big LF showed me that I shouldn't take chances.
