I've been doing pretty good with my diet for AF however over the holidays I ate some food that normally irritate my digestive system like tomatoe, lemon, wheat. A few days ago I had horrible abdominal cramps and my abdomen has been extra sensitive ever since. Is ther anything you can take to help heal a sore abdomen after something like that? I do take probiotics and they help a lot but my abdomen still feels sore especially first thing in the morning. Any suggestions?
