As I mentioned in another post to you, kelp has been wonderful for me and Iodoral has not. For the first time since I became hypothyroid, through taking about 3 heaping tbsp of organic kelp a day, I feel fine. Not cold. Not tired all the time. Even my low blood Sugar problems went away.
You are right about the Vitamin C & I take tons of it.
Well, speaking of sunshine, something else helped too, 20,000 mg a day of D plus K2. I noticed not only a great increase in well being, but a big decrease in appetite & have started losing pounds that just sat there for ages.
