Sproket- If you have AF I wouldn't suggest a liver flush. I did over 20 flushes 2 years ago and severely crashed after each one. These will really mess with your electrolytes and not a good idea if they are on the low side. I discovered one year ago that my sodium was 2 and potassium 1.

I too was very sensitive to most supplements. I also had Chronic-Fatigue-Syndrome or AF for close to 20 years. My body was so toxic I couldn't handle the smallest amounts of added anything. Especially herbs that would kill parasites.

How are your bowels working? This would be the first place to start because a clogged bowel will produce a clogged liver. So at least one full bm is critical as the old stool will just result in autointoxication.

I have had wonderful success in the past year with nutritional balancing through Analytical Research Labs.
