Yes, as you just posted it may be possible in theory to have single atom sized particles but in practice it is impossible with current technology. What irks me and others who are a bit knowledgeable about ionic and colloidal silver is the way the one particular company advertises that they have single atom particles.  They assuredly do not.

FYI, a couple of companies do have particles which have been measured to be 0.65 nanometers and smaller - a size that is pretty much impossible to get with traditional electrolysis that almost all companie and almost all home generators use.  Gotta go star wars if you want the truly tiny particles - and that is not cheap to do if you use the really sophisticated equipment it takes to have consistency in your particle sizes.
