Here's an inspiring and interesting story about a lady who was at death's door from eating a life-time of fast food, then immediately starting feeling better from eating just raw fruits and vegetables, but then started to get worse again when eating "gourmet" raw foods, which recipes are usually very high in fat. She then read the 80-10-10 diet book and learned that it was the fats that were making her feel worse again and soon as she cut the high fats out and continued just eating fruits and vegetables, she totally healed herself.
