Sounds like it should be called the high stimulant diet, but I'll leave it at that.

Your urine should be clear. Yellow or straw, drink more.

People eating the SAD diet may need that much water with all the sodium and dehydrated foods they eat.

If your diet is high in raw fruits and vegetables, you'll hardly need to drink much water as hardly any primates in the wild do.
