No, I don't recall seeing that (though I may have and just can't remember it) nor can I find anything about it with a quick scan. One thing I like for damaged nerves is colloidal silver - due to its reputed ability to convert cells back to stem cells (which some have given as a reason that serious burns often heal with little or no scarring when CS is used). I also like colloidal gold, as it helps cells better communicate with the brain. I should have an article out about colloidal gold's many health benefits and historical use at Natural News any day now.
EDIT - Which is not to say blackseed would not be good for damaged nerves. It could well be. As another poster mentioned, it has been used to treat neuropathy (but I was thinking in terms of nerves damaged from actual trauma and not nerves which have deteriorated as is generally the case when talking about neuropathy).
