I suppose a coconut oil detox will involve subsisting on coconut oil alone for the specified time, and I understand that sugars and starch are not a good idea during the rest of the process... but other than that, any insight you may share will be greatly appreciated!
I'm especially interested in the timing of it all -- which methods should be taken with food (which food?), before food (how long before?), while fasting, etc., etc.
