Re: Newbie here -- seeking advice on the epic Candida battle

Use a good quality clay, never allow metal to come in contact with it. Make sure it is calcium Bentonite and not sodium bentonite.I use living clay. It should be grayish in color and not white. The Bentonite draws out toxic metals from the body, it does not deposit them. None of the clay can be absorbed by the body therefore any metals in the clay will not be deposited. The clay is a negative charge pathogens are a positive charge, therefore it will attract that and pull it out along with acids. It will also draw out and expel candida in the stools. Never allow metal to contact the clay because it will alter the negative charge. I use a glass jar with a plastic lid and just shake the heck out of it until it is a drinkable liquid. Start with one tea spoon per day and work up to three teaspoons a day for theraputic benefits. One teaspoon is good for maintaining the benefits.
