Unfortunately, we tend to store all our fears/stress in our body. I had a very ruff time myself after losing my mom, and then my father.
What helped me was acupressure and then essential oils, and the ocean.

When you press on any part of your body, you'll know right away what emotion is stored in it.
The ocean is like a giant magnet - so I released all my sadness, and forgave myself for everything I blamed myself for.
