try neem or better yet Colloidal Silver - you can put the Colloidal Silver into the spray bottle (dark one or put dark sock over the bottle) and spray regularly your scalp, neck, ears, inside the mouth - this helps a lot

you can also take a sip of Colloidal Silver and hold it in your mouth as long as you can then swallow - this helps too
