Guys... if the buildup is coming off that easy than it's not really attached to the skin and thus not a big deal if it comes off on its own because it's causing very little if any trauma... infact if it was dry cohesive buildup it would be irritated, cracking... that's real trauma... or when people actually exert force to take it off.

Remember, we're not trying to build a big dry scab here... there is no healing in that because this is not a regular wound.... we're trying to keep the lips irritation free and allow them to do their own thing.

The products may slighty supress the growth of buildup and keep it less connected to the skin, both of these are good things for this condition.

Just keep them moist, let them do their own thing, never force anything off and don't stress over it.

I'm going to try and give my best account of this on dans site.
