Spots on chest, neck, upper back and shoulders

Hi, I am dealing a lot of issues, Brain fog, disconnected feeling, off balance when driving on long stretch of roads, ringing in brain/ear, visual snow. I have battled yeast infections since I was a young girl. Now that I am 30, I rarely have them, but often deal with discharge on a daily basis and I have all of these pink/white spots on my skin, upper trunk area. It gets worse in the sun and sometimes itches, especially after a hot shower. I have also had thrush once a couple of years ago. Could I have a yeast issue?
